EMPOWER

High-Performance Teamwork Workshop.

Leading groups and teams to solutions.

Great teams are far more than a collection of talented people. You can bring together some of the brightest minds and still have a highly dysfunctional team. If you want a healthy and high-functioning team, you need to have a healthy and positive team culture, combined with a flawless approach to workflow.

This may sound like a no-brainer, but “culture” is a slippery concept that can be easier to recognize than it is to define.

The first aspect is that positive teams confront negatively and actively eliminate it for the sake of fellow team members. Do your people understand the vital importance of caring, and what it means to them?

On the other hand, taking the right path through a flawless approach that helps focus the teams is critical. How problems are prioritized, and addressed? Is the decision-making process in your workplace clear or confusing?

We understand that effective teamwork can be challenging to attain and maintain. inZpire’s High-Performance Teamwork workshop gives your teams the skills and tools they need to address and overcome many common team performance issues:

practices and principles of effective teamwork.

Our approach:

There is only one way for us to meet your need. And that is to understand; each person in the team, the team as a whole, the organization and to place that team in the context of the organization.

Each of our team development journeys starts with a diagnostic process so that we are clear about the ‘need’ and any root cause issues that might be getting in the way. We speak to every member of the team and ask for their insights before designing the appropriate intervention. We may use the 5 dysfunctions of a Team questionnaire by Patrick Lencioni, or perhaps some bespoke questions based on what we’ve heard from the stakeholder.

The reason for this is, that you don’t want to waste your money or time by us working on the presenting issue and not the root cause. We’ll also ask about the business context and culture to ensure that what we do is a good fit for the organization and unlocks long lasting change.
